We want you to be confident in every purchase at zenovicaspace. If something isn’t right, this page explains exactly how returns and refunds work — no guesswork.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact. This means:
The product has not been assembled, installed, or used
All original packaging, accessories, and hardware are included
No scratches, marks, or signs of use on the item or frame
The item is in resalable condition
Items not eligible for return:
Items missing original packaging or major components.
Products returned outside the 30-day window.
Items that have been damaged through misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
Note: Items that have been gently used for their intended purpose may be eligible for return, provided they are in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
⚠️ Do not ship any item back without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
Packages returned without a valid RMA code will be refused at our returns address and sent back to the sender. We cannot process returns or issue refunds for unauthorized returns.
Allow 1-2 business days for us to review your request and respond with your RMA code and return instructions
Securely package the item using the original packaging when possible
Ship to the return address provided in the RMA confirmation — not the company mailing address
Use a trackable shipping method; retain your tracking number
Return Shipping Costs
Carrier-damaged or defective items: zenovicaspace covers return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label in the RMA confirmation.
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method with adequate insurance coverage for high-value items.
Restocking Fees
$0.00 Restocking Fee. We do not charge restocking fees on any eligible return. The full purchase price (minus original shipping if applicable) will be refunded once your return is received and processed.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received at our returns address:
Allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed and confirmed
Once processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer refunds via alternative payment methods or store credit unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email service@zenovicaspace.com immediately with your Order Number and the subject line “Order Cancellation.”
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process above.
zenovicaspace reserves the right to refuse returns where we have reason to believe the item has been used and repackaged, or where the wrong or substitute product has been returned. We document item condition upon processing all returns and retain the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not match the item originally shipped.
