At zenovicaspace, we carry hand trucks, platform carts, stair climbing carts, and flatbed dollies — some of which are bulky and ship via standard ground shipping or specialized heavy-goods carriers at no extra charge beyond our stated rates. This page covers everything you need to know about where we ship, what it costs, and when to expect your order.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
We do not ship to:
Alaska or Hawaii
U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses (Due to carrier restrictions for APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we are currently unable to ship to military addresses. We are actively working to add support for military customers.)
International addresses
If your delivery address falls outside the lower 48 states, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Orders placed by 3:00 PM CT on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on major Federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time: 3-8 business days (after your order ships)
Total Estimated Delivery: 4-11 business days from the date your order is placed
Formula: Order Processing (1-3 business days) + Transit (3-8 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery (4-11 business days)
Delivery timelines are estimates based on carrier performance and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons (November–January) or in the event of weather-related delays, delivery may take additional time.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on file.
Please note: Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after your order ships. If your tracking link shows no results immediately after you receive it, please check again the following day.
Some orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages from different points of origin. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may arrive on different days. This is normal — your full order will arrive.

Shipment Transit & Missing Deliveries
We ensure that all shipments are securely handed over to our carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If your tracking information states your package has been Delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your porch, garage, and check with neighbors.
If the package remains missing after 24 hours from the tracking delivery notice, please contact us immediately at service@zenovicaspace.com. While the customer may be asked to assist by initiating a preliminary inquiry with the carrier, zenovicaspace will actively coordinate with the logistics provider to locate the package or resolve the transit issue.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
Document it immediately: Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before unpacking further
